Oil on Canvas
This piece came from a time when I felt a lot but didn’t have the words to explain it. The gesture of silence — the finger to the lips — felt more powerful than speech. It’s not about secrecy as much as it is about holding something inside, about moments when expression turns inward.
The colors — red and blue — became a way to show that tension. They fight each other a little, but they also belong together. The brushstrokes are rough and fast, almost like trying to catch a thought before it disappears.
It’s a quiet painting, but there’s a lot happening beneath the surface.
